You are welcomed into an intentional, prepared space with a brief orientation. Nothing is required of you except your presence.A couple of deeply supported restorative yoga postures held with props. No flexibility or yoga experience required.Breathwork. Accessible, gentle breathwork to begin regulating the nervous system and arriving fully in your body.Zones of Awareness. A guided somatic practice moving (without moving) through layers of experience from physical sensation to breath to thought to something deeper and quieter. A journey through the whole self.Yoga Nidra. A full guided Yoga Nidra, the practice of systematic conscious relaxation. Supported by decades of research for its effects on anxiety, insomnia, burnout and nervous system dysregulation. You are lying down. You are guided. The rest happens by itself.Guided Journalling.
